By executing a contract, utilizing our proprietary software environment, or dispatching physical inventory to our logistics hubs, you agree to be bound by these corporate terms. FWRD Marketing S.R.L. operates exclusively as a B2B service provider; we do not engage in direct-to-consumer (B2C) retail obligations under this framework.

All custom software, FWRD ERP integrations, and media architecture developed by FWRD Marketing S.R.L. (CAEN 6210, 5829) remain the intellectual property of our engineering division until final capital payment is successfully transferred and cleared.

Enterprise licenses for our proprietary ecosystem (including FWRD Shield) are provided on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) basis, designed to support high-availability operations. Licenses and proprietary source codes are non-transferable to third-party competitors without written corporate authorization.

Our cross-border B2B wholesale (CAEN 4690, 4632), cold storage logistics (CAEN 5210), and meat processing operations (CAEN 1011) function under standard INCOTERMS 2020 definitions, managed and administered directly through FWRD Trade.

• Biological Compliance: Client inventory must align with European veterinary (EFSA) and import standards, structured via the FWRD Trace ledger, before arriving at our holding facilities. We reserve the right to reject compromised biological assets.
• Liability Caps: FWRD Marketing S.R.L. maintains commercial industrial insurance. However, our liability for damaged inventory during cross-docking (managed by FWRD WMS) or cold-chain transit (monitored by FWRD IoT) is capped as defined in your bespoke Master Service Agreement (MSA).
• Financial Execution: FWRD Marketing S.R.L. reserves the right to halt warehouse dispatch or hold inventory in escrow pending the resolution of delayed capital transfers exceeding standard Net-30 terms.
